Responsibilities:
- Prepare the presentation/proposal MS Power Point slide guidance from the project team.
- Assist the project team in reviewing documents.
- Participate in internal or client meeting/interviews with stakeholders to gather relevant information, prepare the meeting minute.
- Track and manage project data, and documentation timelines.
- Support data analysis activities under guidance from the project team.
- To be onsite at the client to support the other project tasks.
- Review and translate the documents or meeting translation (if any).
Selection criteria:
Language Skills:
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates with IELTS certification or equivalent are preferred.
Major:
- Majoring in Finance & Banking, Accounting, Economic Mathematics, Data Analysis, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
- Strong skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good skill in SQL and Python programming is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Effective time management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Teamwork and proactive working attitude.
