Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirements and technical specifications.
- Report bugs clearly and concisely, and work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product owners, business analysts) to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
- Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Assist in maintaining and updating test documentation.
- Work towards continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
- Report results to the QA Leader/QA Manager
Required Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge or experience in software development life cycle, especially in web/mobile platforms.
- Experience in manual testing; familiarity with different types of testing such as functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured testing processes.
- Good English
- Knowledge or hands-on experience in Agile/SCRUM is a plus.
- Experience or familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman) is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
