Job Description
Join DigiEx NeoBank Labs as a Business Analyst / Product Owner Intern and build practical experience toward a long-term career in product management for global fintech products. You will contribute to real products while collaborating with international founders, entrepreneurs, product teams, and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer and business needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.
- Research fintech products, competitors, customers, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, backlog management, sprint planning, and product reviews.
- Gradually take ownership of product features and develop Product Owner skills.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Interest in technology, software products, and fintech.
- Students or graduates in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields are welcome.
- Analytical and logical problem-solving.
- Curiosity and attention to detail.
- Strong ownership and willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams.
- Desire to grow into a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum, APIs, SQL, Figma, Jira, or product documentation.
- Previous project, internship, startup, or university experience related to product, business analysis, technology, or fintech.
