Your Job
As an Engineering Intern, you will support engineering activities related to product development, process improvement, and technical documentation. This role offers handson exposure to manufacturing environments, allowing you to learn directly from experienced engineers and contribute to real production and improvement projects.
Our Team
You will join the Engineering team at Molex Ha Noi, working closely with process engineers, product development engineers, and production teams. The team values precision, continuous improvement, and collaboration to ensure highquality connector manufacturing.
What You Will Do
- Support engineers in designing and improving connector manufacturing processes.
- Assist in analyzing product defects and contribute technical proposals for improvement.
- Prepare technical documents, drawings, and provide support for new product testing.
- Coordinate with production teams to implement engineering improvements and process changes.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Finalyear student in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Able to work fulltime during the internship period.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering fundamentals.
- Proficient with computer tools (MS Office; engineering software is a plus).
- Detailoriented, willing to learn, and capable of working in a team.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience using 2D/3D design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.).
- Prior exposure to factory environments or engineering labs.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in process improvement.
- Good communication skills and proactive working style.
