- Full-stack Management: Drive the end-to-end digital flow, including content creation, strict scheduling, and active community engagement across all platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Manage the roll-out of ad campaigns and monitor performance data to ensure every dollar spent delivers a tangible result.
- Workflow Optimization: Direct creative pipelines and administrative tasks to keep the team moving at maximum velocity in a dynamic environment.
THE PROFILE:
- English Mastery: You possess excellent communication skills (IELTS 7.5 equivalent) and are comfortable working in a 100% English environment.
- Full-stack Interest: You have a strong desire to master design, posting strategy, and the technical management of ad accounts.
