1/ Main Responsibilities:
- To be trained for delivery of overall logistics service to customer
- Liaise with customers on an ad-hoc basis when solving serious operational problems or dealing with complaints
- Provide support to other projects within the office when called upon
- Within the limits of the role be accountable for project delivery to time and budget as well as expected results for customer satisfaction
- Assure the project execution is following policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved
- Ensure project shipment processing is executed in line with quality & safety procedures
- Ensure all financial and administrative activities comply with DHL standards, at all times
- Work under all SOP's relating to the project
2/ Requirements:
- COMPULSORY: Student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable.
- Required business knowledge with an education background in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Freight Forwarding/ International Business.
- Logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Good attitude and teamwork
- Fluent in English verbal/written communication
