Intermediate Customs Affairs Specialist (On-site)

Salary: 7001200 USD

Work Location: No.40, 6th Street, Vietnam- Singapore Industrial Park, An Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for HS Code classification and management of imported raw materials for home appliance products, and handle Customs classification disputes.

In charge of HS Code classification, customs reconciliation for finished goods export, and reverse export materials management.

Review and establish local import/export customs clearance SOPs; clarify compliance requirements and ensure smooth implementation.

Manage customs bonded books/records and generate monthly variance reports (customs records vs. physical inventory).

Provide solutions to address discrepancies based on cycle count results and monthly variance reports.

Collect and organize local customs regulations and trade policies; analyze business impacts and report accordingly.

Prepare customs compliance training materials and deliver training sessions to relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Familiar with Vietnam import/export procedures and bonded goods management.

Experience in establishing compliance procedures within manufacturing companies; strong skills in SOP development.

Proficient in Vietnamese, with good command of Chinese or English.
