Participate to the creation of the VINFAST Vehicle institute, specifically the Interior engineering department
Strong focus on mid to long term business and product plans

Position Responsibilities:
Working in a team environment and possibly with external contractors and suppliers to design or modify vehicle parts
Provide technical guidance to top management for strategic decisions
Report to top management
Implement best practice engineering methods
Oversee day to day business activities

Requirements
Position Requirements
7+ years experience in automotive or related industries.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering).
Demonstrated agility in operating within matrixed organizations and teams.
High proficiency in written and spoken English.
Highly organized
Effective communicator and able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams from different areas of the company and with the key supplier.
Motivational skills
In-depth knowledge in Interior engineering
Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships.
Demonstrate a high degree of resilience and ability to deal with high pressure situations using a logical data driven approach.
Be accountable for delivery and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
