JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Space Planning & Design
- Develop office space layouts and interior concepts using FURSYS office furniture
- Conduct site surveys and understand customer requirements
- Create 2D layouts and 3D visualizations for B2B office projects
2. Design Tools & Visualization
- Create 3D models and perspectives usingSketchUp
- Prepare layout drawings and furniture plans usingAutoCAD
- Develop customer proposal materials and presentations usingPowerPoint (PPT)
- Use Photoshop to enhance visuals and presentation quality
3. Sales & Project Support
- Collaborate with the Business Development / Sales team on customer proposals
- Support quotation preparation with design-related materials
- Revise layouts and designs based on client feedback
- Support showroom display concepts and updates
4. Internal Coordination
- Support daily tasks and coordination with the Korean department head
- Communicate with internal teams regarding product specifications and project requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
- Degree or background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Experience in B2B interior design or office space projects
- Basic communication skills in English (Korean communication is a plus)
- Strong collaboration skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with office furniture or workplace design projects
- Previous experience at an interior design firm, furniture company, or design studio
- Experience in client presentations and proposal-based design
- Knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic design tools
- Experience working with Korean or global brands
This position is ideal for a designer who wants to grow as aproposal-oriented workplace designer, combining design expertise with business-driven communication in a global B2B environment.
Location: Nhon Trach Industrial Zone 6, Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai province.
Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays.
