There is an opportunity to join our small, dedicated team as anInterior Design Associate.We welcome applications from interns or fresh graduates who are passionate about design and eager to grow in a supportive environment.The ideal candidate is positive, resourceful and responsible, and has strong capabilities in 3D visualisation, drafting, construction detailing and space planning. Key Responsibilities

Acquisition Process & Programme Plan Keep detailed records of project scope and client needs, prepare design brief for client presentations, generate specification documents for partners to determine pricing, prepare cost estimates and agreements for client on boarding.

Design Excellence Design and draft detailed and accurate plans and briefs in a timely manner that is specially catered to the client and the project in concern, including layout plans, elevation plans, furnishing plans and material selection.

Knowledge be the visualization expert and keep abreast of innovation in design, especially space optimisation.

Qualifications and Experience

Interior Design training (3D visualisation, drafting, construction detailing and space planning; AutoCAD or AI, 3ds Max or SketchUp, and render in V-Ray)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English)

Proven abilities in planning and organisation tasks
