Job Description

Main Tasks:
  • Received inbound/ outbound plan from Customer and cooperate with Supplier to arrange the shipment
  • Document management: Organize various documents related to warehouse operations, such as receiving reports, delivery notes, inventory records, and packing slips
  • Document verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, such as purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents, to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations
  • Communication and collaboration: Collaborate with Customer & warehouse staff, and relevant departments to facilitate smooth document flow and resolve any document-related issues or discrepancies & Warehouse operation process
  • Check statements and create billing reports

Requirements:

  • COMPULSORY: Students (NOT fresh graduates and still being students for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, with 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study, is acceptable.
  • Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
  • Background in International Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Analytics
  • Can-do attitude, hard-working & enthusiastic
  • Good administrative skills
  • Result-driven and attention to details
  • Good at MS Office
