DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

This role provides critical operational and clerical support to sales teams, facilitating smooth sales processes to boost revenue. Key responsibilities include processing customer orders, maintaining accurate sales records. They act as the liaison between sales, finance, product, and operations/ logistics teams

This role will report to the Operations Country Lead

As The Inside Sales Representative, You Will

  • Support the Sales team in drafting, reviewing, and following up with resellers on contracts, deposits (if applicable), and required documentation to ensure timely contract execution and readiness for processing
  • Coordinate with Sales and partners/resellers on delivery schedules once commodities have arrived and are ready for dispatch
  • Assist Sales and partners in preparing and managing supporting documents, including Authorization Letters, Confirmation Letters, Explanation Letters, and NDAs
  • Facilitate onboarding of new partners for EN and vendors, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed
  • Provide customer support by handling inquiries via phone, email, or in person, resolving complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Shipping) to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The Ideal Inside Sales Representative

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Operations and Administration, preferably within the technology sector
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-volume data entry while ensuring contract accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and respond with a sense of urgency
  • Good knowledge of import policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
