Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Innovation Planning Manager to lead end-to-end innovation and renovation projects from concept development to commercial launch.

This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring flawless execution of product launch/relaunch initiatives through effective management of project timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating speed-to-market, strengthening operational readiness, and delivering business growth through innovation commercialization.

The Innovation Planning Manager will work closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, in full, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Commercialization

  • Lead end-to-end innovation and renovation projects from initiation to commercial launch.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, governance routines, and risk mitigation plans to ensure on-time and in-full execution.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, operational readiness, and successful commercialization.
  • Monitor project performance against timelines, cost, quality, and business objectives; provide regular updates and escalation management when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving

  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps; drive corrective actions and solution plans proactively.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance innovation processes, execution efficiency, and speed-to-market.
  • Improve project management tools, tracking systems, and ways of working to strengthen execution excellence and stakeholder visibility.

Coaching & People Development

  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement across project teams.
  • Coach and influence cross-functional stakeholders on project governance, execution discipline, and best practices.

• Undertake additional projects, assignments, and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Innovation Planning, Project Management, Commercialization, Supply Chain, or New Product Development within FMCG or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional product launch/relaunch projects in a fast-paced and complex business environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, commercialization processes, and supply chain operations.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management tools.
  • Strong command of English communication, both written and verbal.
