About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Injection Moulding Team Leader to support daily production operations in Vietnam.
This role leads a small team of operators and ensures machines run safely, efficiently, and meet production and quality targets.
You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to support production ramp-up and stable operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support operators during daily production activities
- Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth operation
- Coordinate shift activities and manpower allocation
- Support machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers
- Check product quality and ensure production meets requirements
- Support basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed
- Work with Engineering and Production to reduce downtime
- Support trial runs and new product activities
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
What you'll need:
- Technical training or diploma in mechanical, industrial, or related fields
- Hands-on experience in injection moulding, preferably in footwear manufacturing
- Experience leading operators or supporting shift operations is a plus
- Basic understanding of injection moulding machines and processes
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
