Information Technology Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Leader to architect, deploy, and operate a high-security IT infrastructure for a fast-growing Fintech company. If you're passionate about secure, stable, and compliant systems that power mission-critical financial platforms, this role is for you.

What You'll Lead

1 Infrastructure & Devices

• Plan, deploy, and operate internal IT systems: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall.
• Manage servers (on-prem or cloud) and all endpoint devices: laptops, workstations, security devices, conferencing systems, printers.
• Implement Zero-Trust, Security Baseline, and standardized configuration models.

2 High-Security & Compliance

• Develop information security policies: IAM, MFA, access control, audit & monitoring.
• Administer Firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, DLP, SIEM.
• Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2.
• Execute remote device management, data encryption, endpoint protection.
• Build and maintain DR/BCP plans.

3 Operations & Monitoring

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high uptime.
• Set up IT asset management.
• Handle advanced technical tickets.
• Manage backup & data recovery operations.

4 Projects & Team Leadership

• Build the IT infrastructure roadmap.
• Work with vendors, assess risks, and evaluate solutions.
• Lead and mentor the IT engineering team.
• Plan budgets and optimize IT spending.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 47 years in IT Infrastructure / IT Security.
• 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Fintech or banking experience is a strong plus.

Technical Knowledge

• Networking, Firewall, Cloud, Endpoint Security.
• Windows/Linux, Active Directory.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NIST, Zero-Trust.
• Experience with MDM, SSO, MFA.

Preferred Certifications

CCNA/CCNP MCSA/MCSE RHCE CEH Security+ CISSP AWS/Azure
