Job Description:
Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephone systems, firewall, and VPN.
Ensure data security, backup systems, and storage management to protect company information.
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, user access control, and software systems.
Develop and maintain IT policies, security standards, and system procedures.
Provide IT helpdesk support.
Manage IT hardware maintenance, software installation, and system updates.
Handle IT procurement and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Monitor system performance and prepare periodic IT reports.
Lead and coordinate IT support team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Plan and implement IT projects, including system upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00, with lunch break from 12:00 - 13:00.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as IT Manager.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and backup systems.
Experience in IT security management, access control, and data protection.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 administration, IT policies, and system management.
Ability to manage IT projects and lead a support team effectively.
Good problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
