MAJOR FUNCTION
Support the IT team in daily operations, participate in internal projects, and learn company IT systems and processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
IT Operations & Learning
- Learn and understand the company's IT operations and systems.
- Assist with asset management, network basics, and office IT equipment.
Sample Management Project
- Participate in the Sample Management Project as assigned.
- Support data collection, classification, and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and progress.
IT Support & AI
- Provide Level 1 IT support (devices, accounts, basic software issues).
- Assist in testing and implementing internal AI tools.
- Log and report IT incidents to the responsible team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3rd4th year students or recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of networking, office software, and computer hardware.
- Interest in AI tools is a plus.
- Good logical thinking, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
