Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

• System Administration: Assess and monitor current systems and applications group-wide to ensure technical compliance, stability, and high-level security for every service.
• Digital Transformation: Participate in the deployment of core management software (ERP/SAP, HR, CRM) and oversee API integrations and database management.
• Cybersecurity: Develop and implement network defense strategies, data encryption, and configure multi-layer security solutions (Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, SOC, etc.).
• Operations & Support: Troubleshoot connectivity, transmission, and system issues. Manage backup and disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
• Technical Advisory: Provide expert consultation for the Procurement Department on technical specifications and evaluate IT hardware and service vendors.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: College degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 02 years in an equivalent role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in designing and managing infrastructure on Microsoft and Linux platforms.
• Proven experience managing complex systems with up to 500 users.
• Strong reading and comprehension skills in technical English.

Preferred Certifications: System Administration: MCSE, VCP, or Symantec Backup Exec.

• Network Infrastructure: Cisco CCNA, Juniper JCA, or HPE ASE.
• Support: IT Support Professional.
