Job Description

● Identify and pursue new opportunities in the ODC market and develop approaches to expand the client base.

● Development Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

● Market Research: Conduct research and analyze the market to identify trends, needs, and new opportunities in the industry.

● Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.

● Solution Presentation: Introduce and present software solutions in the ODC industry to clients and partners.

● Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as account management to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions and meet customer needs.

● Lead contract negotiation processes and ensure that agreements meet clients requirements and company standards.

● Report to superiors on business situations (results, progress), issues, new concerns, new customer insights.

Requirements

● At least 1+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably working with ODC

projects or in the IT industry.

● Fluency in both written and spoken English.

● Deep knowledge of business development processes and methodologies.

● Ability to analyze and plan strategies to achieve business goals.

● Proficient and professional in presentations, proposals and document writing.

● Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.

● Good research data skills and flexible thinking.

● Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building

relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

● Have basic IT service knowledge.

● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
