Role overview
We are looking for a proactive and business-savvy IT Business Analyst (ITBA) who not only translates business requirements into actionable specifications but also demonstrates a strong ability to understand, anticipate, and align with client expectations.
The ideal candidate has strong domain knowledge in Digitalization, E-commerce, IoT, and practical understanding of AI applications, combined with solid technical foundations to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.

1. Key responsibilities
A. Business Analysis
- Elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables
- Understand both explicit and implicit client expectations
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Proactively suggest solutions, not just document requirements
B. Stakeholder Engagement
- Bridge business and engineering teams.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly (including technical topics).
- Build trust and alignment across stakeholders.
C. Domain & Technology expertise
Apply knowledge in:
- Digital transformation & system integration.
- E-commerce (order lifecycle, payment, fulfillment).
- IoT (device communication, real-time data, integration).
Leverage AI knowledge to:
- Identify applicable use cases (chatbot, agent, automation, prediction).
- Define AI-related requirements.
- Align AI solutions with business goals.
D. Document & Quality
- Produce high-quality artifacts: User stories, all project-related documents such as BRD/FRD, Process flows, diagrams, etc.
- Ensure requirement traceability.
- Support QA/UAT, demo phases.
2. Requirements
Experience & Domain
- For Mid/Senior (HN):3–5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. Strong leadership, requirements ownership, and client-facing skills are required.
- For Junior/Mid (HCM):1–3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst. Fast learner with a solid foundation in the software development lifecycle.
- Strong experience in Digitalization / E-commerce systems.
- Exposure to IoT systems and AI knowledge is a plus.
Communication skills:
- Working proficiency in both English & Vietnamese (read/write technical docs, communicate in meetings).
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and in a structured way.
- Break down complex problems into simple, understandable points.
- Focus on outcomes and business value.
- Ability to uncover hidden needs & expectations.
- Adapt communication to different stakeholders and handle conflicts effectively (high EQ).
Technical foundation:
- Solid understanding of: APIs (RESTful, request/response, integration concepts).
- Databases (basic structure, queries, data flow).
- System architecture basics (client-server, microservices – high level).
- Understanding of various project methodology such as Agile, Waterfall.
Ability to:
- Discuss and clarify requirements with engineering teams.
- Understand technical constraints and trade-offs.
- Read and interpret technical documentation.
Familiarity with tools:
- Jira / ADO (backlog, user stories, sprint tracking).
- Confluence / Wiki tools for documentation
