Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain resources (media channels, MCNs, influencers); maintain close business ties with top-tier influencers, MCNs, and TAPs.
- Recommend branded products based on KOL/institution selection needs; align marketing mechanisms with the operation team to drive sales growth.
- Manage end-to-end cooperation for verified KOL/KOC/Agency resources, including agreement signing, sample delivery, inventory tracking, and operation & marketing communication.
- Monitor influencer video/live strategies and trends on TikTok & Shopee; conduct competitor analysis, evaluate channel effectiveness, and output actionable insights.
- Nurture relationships with high-performing influencers/TAPs; assist in building an influencer database.
- Organize and participate in TikTok Affiliate exhibitions and KOL meetups to expand brand influence and enrich influencer resources.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly data reviews to ensure achievement of seeding and marketing KPIs; optimize CPM, GPM, ROI, and other core indicators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Passionate about influencer/MCN business liaison and the e-commerce industry.
- Fluent in Chinese or English (working language).
- Strong social skills, execution, adaptability, and communication abilities; high sense of responsibility, maturity, and stress tolerance.
- Existing KOL/KOC/Agency resources on TikTok & Shopee are preferred; priority given to candidates with top-tier influencer collaboration experience.
- Insights into major media platforms; data-sensitive with solid analytical skills to apply data to business scenarios.
