As an Influencer Management Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand's success in the influencer marketing space. You will not only lead a team to build and nurture strategic relationships with key influencers but also take ownership of executing high-impact campaigns from start to finish. This role is for a leader who is passionate about navigating the dynamic world of social media, excels at strategic planning, and is ready to make a significant impact on our brand's visibility and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Influencer relationship management:
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers, which includes briefing them on campaigns and negotiating contracts.
- Preparing quotations & optimizing KPI for the client
- Campaign management:
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring they are managed actively and are on track to meet their goals.
- Performance analysis and reporting:
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and report insights to clients, potentially including preparing final reports.
- Utilize local insights, social media dynamics, and competitor analysis to continuously optimize strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration:
- Work with other departments, such as planning, creative, and creator growth, as well as finance and legal teams, to ensure smooth campaign execution and proper paperwork.
- Team leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support the social outreach team, ensuring clear objectives and performance standards.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and training to develop team capabilities.
Who You Are
- A bachelor's Degree is required
- Having 3 - 5 years of working experience, including 1 year in the same position.
- Leadership skill
- Good command of English
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms & influencer market
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Well-managed workload, negotiation skills, and promptly given solutions to solve issues.
- Supportive of other members of the team to grow day by day.
- Need to be social-savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more new faces of influencers.
