Job Description
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in Vietnam.
- Understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with services offered.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitoring and analyzing client feedback to improve service quality.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the Industrials Manufacturing industry.
- Providing training and support to clients on products and services.
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Good exposure in customer-facing leadership roles, ideally with sales and after-sales experience.
- Strong project management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B tech solutions; fashion/automotive background is a plus.
- Excellent communication; fluent in English and Vietnamese (Chinese is an advantage).
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams; SaaS knowledge advantageous.
- Willing to travel up to 50%
