I. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, including pre-sales and post-sales activities (client meetings, presentations, tenders, quotations, proposals, delivery, and invoicing) in a timely manner.  

• Proactively develop and manage executive-level client relationships - factories , building a profitable 

portfolio through lead generation, qualification, consultation, negotiation, and closing.  

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications in the CRM system.  

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.  

• Propose and implement effective sales strategies to improve performance in assigned markets.  

• Plan, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing activities.  

• Align sales efforts with the company's global strategy, focusing on high-potential industries and regions.  

• Collaborate closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.  

• Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned. 

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• A background in Chemistry, Engineering, or Physics is an advantage. 

Experience: 

• Senior Sales: 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, has network in strong network within factories 

• Junior Sales: 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales

• Experience in selling technical services within the Inspection, Testing, and Certification (TIC) industry, is a strong advantage.  

• Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to generate leads, prospect, and close high-value deals.  

• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.  

• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with target markets.  

• Strong sales drive, independence, maturity, and high integrity.  

• Ambitious, with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment and take on future leadership roles.  

• Willingness to travel as required 

III. WORKING TIME & JOB LOCATION  

• Working time: Monday – Friday (8:30 – 17:30 or 9:00 – 18:00) 

• Job location: Lot R3, Van Dat Building, CN8 Street, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh 

Ward, Tân Phú District, Ho Chi Minh City
