Job Description:

Manage digital transformation projects for MES, WMS, TMS, BMS, ESM, Traceability, IOI, and SCADA systems in manufacturing and logistics environments.
Work with clients to gather business requirements and develop end-to-end implementation plans.
Coordinate with BA, Dev, QC teams and system integration partners (ERP, IoT, PLC).
Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure project scope and quality are controlled.
Progress report and ensure stable project operation after go-live.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects, including at least 3 full software development life cycles; Agile experience is an advantage.
Experience in managing industrial or manufacturing software projects.
Proficient in project management, including cost, resource, scope, schedule, and risk management (PMP certification is a plus).
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in managing human resources within a project environment.
Familiar with backend technologies.
