Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tam Nông, Đồng Tháp Province.

Industrial Engineering Executive will support operational excellence by establishing accurate production standards, capacity planning and work methods that enable efficient manufacturing performance. Coordinate pre-production preparation, production analysis and continuous improvement activities to optimize productivity, resource utilization and factory efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity.

• Knowledge of Garment Manufacturing Process and General Sewing Data (GSD).

• Communication skills, MS Office skills.
