Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bnh Chun for an INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER SENIOR SUPERVISOR. The role involves overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing process improvements, and ensuring efficient production operations. Responsibilities include analyzing production data, coordinating with engineering teams, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Standardization, Process Analysis, and Improvement:

• Workstation design and improvement: Visual control, layout, WIP, ergonomics, supporting tools
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Utilize Lean tools and techniques to map value streams, identify value-added activities, and eliminate non-value-added steps.
• Evaluate the capability of the machine and process in order to do WIP standardization
• Join the T1/T2 synergy project: synergy process and setup between the fabric mill and garment factory to improve productivity

2. Lean knowledge worker training, Kaizen culture building

• Lead and participate in Kaizen events and other improvement initiatives to drive rapid, sustainable change.
• Train and coach team members on Lean principles, tools, and techniques to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead the implementation of 6S methodologies to create a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

3. Factory introduction:

• Factory marketing to customer while visiting

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Education:Bachelor&aposs Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, textile engineering, Lean-related majors
• Professional Qualifications:Proficiency in MS Office, Analytical Skills and Process Improvement
• Years of Work Experience:3 years
• Technical Skills:Lean knowledge
• Languages:Vietnamese English, Chinese is an advantage
