Responsibilities:
- Incubation Program Lead:
Drive the setup and management of the incubation program, overseeing the entire process from ideation to product launch.
Leverage expertise in product development methodologies to guide cross-functional teams through the development stages.
Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
- Team Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and domain experts, to ensure seamless collaboration.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to guarantee smooth execution of projects.
Provide leadership
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintain and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including potential partners and investors.
Report program progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for the incubation program, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Innovation, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience/Industry requirements:
5-7 years in product development, innovation management, or related roles. Preferably in tech companies
Proven experience in building and operating incubation or innovation programs
Experience in coaching and managing cross-functional team with junior members
Excellent in attention to details and able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Technical requirements
Strong understanding of product development processes, including concept validation, market research, and feasibility analysis.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
Strong analytical skills for market research, user testing and performance metrics analysis.
Familiarity with product management tools (roadmaps, user stories, MVP definition) and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup).
