The Opportunity
Ensure the quality of transformer materials, especially for outsourced products, with a focus on transformer tanks and related components, inform and coordinate with suppliers or relevant departments to resolve material quality issues, under the guidance of the Supply Quality Manager.
How You'll Make An Impact
- You will follow up with Goods Receipt Schedule to conduct incoming inspection & assessment for all material as required, according to ordered spec from HE for instance: main tank, cover, turrets, core clamp, cable box, others as assigned.
- You will fulfill incoming inspection checksheets for all materials as required that include product information, physical inspection, dimension, function of materials, any material abnormality is found during incoming inspection, raise NCR on SAP to coordinate with relevant Depts as well as informing to Supply Quality Engineer/ Superior to claim supplier for resolution to avoid any delay/impact to production & delivery schedule of transformer.
- You will support full technical and commercial coordination with customers and relevant departments through appropriate channels from order intake to commissioning and warranty, control the invoice process together with the accounting department and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure proper positive cash flow and review the cost situation to comply with budget figures.
- You will periodically monitor and update NCR Status, input into Quality Masterfile as required, ensuring no Overdue or Late Release NCR to meet team KPI set, cooperate with In-process Quality and relevant Depts to investigate the cause of any material-related quality issue found in production processes.
- You will support supplier to conduct onsite repair activities like repair area arrangment, work permit approval, company entry & exit, safety monitoring, arrange and follow to return defective goods back to supplier for repair, investigation, make Material NCR Report to claim and communicate with supplier if required.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- You hold bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2years of working experience in similar or automotive field.
- Quality & Safety Awareness, hardworking, tidy and organized.
- Able to read and understand technial drawings (mechannical/electrical), use measuring devices like caliper, micrometer, welding measuring tools.
- Good Computer and Office Skills.
- Good English will be prefered (Reading & Writing).
