We have a solid foundation with extensive golfer customer data and a professional Golf Tour team in Korea, positioning us for rapid growth in the Vietnam Inbound Tour sector.

Position's Objectives

You will serve as the Inbound Tour Sales Manager (Golf) responsible for driving sales and implementing our exclusive Inbound Golf Tour packages. This role is central to achieving ambitious revenue goals by leveraging existing customer data and team support in Korea, while promoting Vietnam's unique golf destinations. (This is a fulltime and on-site position in Hanoi, Vietnam)

Core Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Research markets, design, and build exclusive Golf Package Tours across Vietnam, combining golf with unique tourist destinations.
  • Customer & Sales Collaboration: Closely coordinate with the Korean Golf Tour Team and SmartScore Global to acquire and manage large groups of inbound customers, leveraging existing data.
  • Supplier Management: Manage, develop, and expand the network of service providers (Golf Courses, Hotels, Transportation, etc.) to ensure premium quality and optimal costs.
  • Pricing & Profitability: Analyze costs, propose competitive pricing strategies, and proactively seek solutions for optimizing input costs to achieve profit targets.
  • Tour Operation: Plan and directly coordinate the entire tour operation, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and swift incident resolution.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on business performance and sales results for the Sales Leader/Sales Director.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Travel/Tour industry, specifically in Inbound Tour building and operation.
  • Professional Qualifications (One of Two):
  • Graduated with a College degree or higher in Tourism.
  • OR to hold an International Tour Operation Certificate.
  • Language Proficiency: English
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, supplier management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

  • Prior hands-on experience in building, operating, or selling Golf Tours.
  • Existing network with domestic golf courses or high-end tourism service providers.
