Overview
The successful candidate will develop and implement logistics and planning strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring smooth supply chain operations from inbound materials to finished products. You will lead a global team, optimize logistics networks, and champion innovation and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Import Operations
- Responsible for managing all transportation activities related to moving components from suppliers to manufacturing plants in Hai Phong, Ha Tinh, India, and Indonesia.
- Manage customs clearance for machinery, equipment, molds, components, vehicles, and other materials.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve customs-related issues or delays
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain planning, and production control, preferably in a global and dynamic environment
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with a track record of driving supply chain optimization and sustainability projects.
- Stakeholder management and supplier negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with advanced logistics technologies and compliance standards.
