As a one-stop B2B contact, we handle all inquiries related to FIT, GIT, Series, MICE, and charter flight operations.
- Communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Develop customized tour itineraries based on clients requirements and requests from the Sales Department.
- Prepare tour programs and quotations.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Accounting Departments to monitor and ensure smooth tour operations.
- Regularly update and maintain the customer database.
- Develop sales and marketing plans.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Salary range: 10-15M VND
- Annual company trips 1–2 times per year.
- Monthly sales performance incentives/bonuses.

- Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
- College or university degree in Tourism, Foreign Languages, International Trade, International Economics, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of tourism products and tour itineraries, hotels, destinations, and travel experiences.
- High sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, cooperative, well-organized, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
