Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inbound Sales (Spanish) position based in Hanoi. The role involves:

  • Communicate and negotiate with clients, respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Design customized tour programs based on clients requests and Sales Department requirements.
  • Prepare tour itineraries and quotations.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Accounting teams to monitor and ensure tours run smoothly.
  • Regularly update and maintain the customer database.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
  • College or university degree in Tourism, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, International Economics, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of travel products and tour programs, hotels, destinations, and travel experience is preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Proactive mindset, cooperative attitude, good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • English proficiency is an advantage.

Salary & Income

  • Total income: Negotiable.
  • Base salary: 8 13 million VND/month.
  • Base salary is not dependent on sales performance.

Working Hours

Monday Friday: 08:30 17:30

Saturday: 08:30 12:00
