Japfa has been present in Vietnam since 1996 through a joint venture with the Vietnam Livestock Corporation. Job overview:
This role is SAP project delivery-focused role, managing SAP ERP roll-out, development and support activities. The analyst should be able to independently do internal client-facing for requirement gathering and solution articulations.
Main duties:
- Facilitate the roll-out and support of SAP FICO module for Financials and Costing operations
- Be responsible for discussing local requirements with Key- and End-users
- Collaborate with regional team in order to make sure the implemented solutions are aligned with the regional processes and guidelines and locally relevant.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document internal customer requirements
- Conduct interview workshops to collect business requirements
- Assess and recommend solutions according to the scope and to support with resolving open design issues
- Support regional CoE team to map client business requirements, processes and objectives; validate their configuration and development of necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
- Validate regional team's design, customization, configuration and support testing of FICO business scenarios
- Help with the configuration of SAP FICO to support business required scope; document configuration rationale
- Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP modules processes preferred
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Review and feedback on functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the regional technical team
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree inequivalent fields
- SAP functional/technical certification is a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience for at least 1 full cycle of SAP implementation; experience with consulting firm is advantage
- Able to configure and integrate SAP FICO with other modules preferred
- Must have in-depth knowledge of core FICO Module and supporting testing and data migration experience
- Customer focused with problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive and flexible to travel
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills, good teamwork player
