Senior Engineer – ICT (In-Circuit Test)

Job Summary: An experienced Senior Engineer – ICT (In-Circuit Test) to lead the execution and optimization of structural test plans for baseboards and systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contract manufacturers (CMs), tester vendors, and fixture houses to ensure smooth deployment of ICT solutions from New Product Introduction (NPI) through Mass Production (MP). This role focuses on production support, yield improvement, failure analysis, and manufacturing quality enhancement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ICT, FCT, Manufacturing Test Engineering, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of PCB assembly, SMT processes, and electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with ICT testers, fixture development, and test program deployment.
• Knowledge of failure analysis, root cause analysis, and yield improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting NPI and mass production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
