KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Send arrival notices to the correct parties.
- Check and input free time correctly into the internal system.
- Reconcile manifested & local charges to ensure all charges are input correctly as per tariff and contract agreement.
- Handle client requests on late manifest and bill amendments.
- Coordinate with oversea agencies to resolve any rate or charge or free time disputes.
- Handle client daily enquiries related to inbound shipments via email and phone.
- Handle periodic reports and other assignments from the Line Manager.
KEY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year of experience in similar position, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Experience in using Customs E-manifest system.
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
- Good in English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Detail-oriented
