Monitor shipments and promptly handle arising issues to ensure the best customer service experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and overseas agents, contributing to service quality improvement and enhancing the brand image of REAL LOGISTICS.
Ii. Job Description
Check and negotiate Air/Sea freight rates with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents; compare, analyze, and propose the most cost-effective and suitable solutions.
Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, providing logistics solutions, and arranging shipment schedules for Freehand cargo.
Arrange bookings, monitor shipment progress, and handle any issues arising throughout the transportation process.
Coordinate with the Logistics team to advise on import procedures, check buying rates, and provide agent quotations for DAP, DDP, DDU, and other designated shipments.
Proactively update shipment status and cooperate with relevant departments to respond promptly to customer requests.
Manage customer and overseas agent databases; maintain and develop long-term business relationships.
Support the Accounting team in monitoring outstanding payments and following up on receivables.
Handle shipment-related issues, propose appropriate solutions, and prepare periodic reports on workload, shipment volume, and KPIs.
Contribute ideas to improve workflows and enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Iii. Job Requirements
College or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Import Customer Service or equivalent positions.
Chinese language skills are preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Careful, responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
Eager to learn and committed to long-term career development in the Logistics industry.

V. WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday: Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
Saturday: Morning 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 Saturdays off per month).
