Lead end-to-end implementation of WFX ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and map these needs to WFX ERP solutions.
Customize and configure WFX modules to meet the specific business processes of each client.
Develop and manage project plans, ensure adherence to timelines, and oversee successful project delivery.
Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on ERP implementation methodologies and strategies.
Work closely with technical teams to facilitate data migration, integrations, and custom development as necessary.
Conduct user training sessions and offer continuous support to ensure the smooth adoption of the ERP system.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions during and after implementation.
Stay informed on the latest WFX Solution updates, new features, and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation,preferably in the garment industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential;proficiency in Korean is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of ERP workflows and best practices.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, data migration, report development, and system configuration.
Proficiency in gap analysis and documentation.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong presentation skills.
Experience in product training for clients and internal teams.
Proven team leadership and project management capabilities.
