Role Description

The Implementation Consultant (VN) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end software implementation projects for HRIS SunFish, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The Implementation Consultant collaborates closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide consulting on best practices, and ensure the solution is tailored to their needs. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings and workshops, preparing documentation, coordinating project timelines, training end users, and providing post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to understand client requirements, interpret data, and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in consulting, with the ability to guide clients on process improvements and system utilization.
• Hands-on experience in software implementation and project implementation, ideally with HR or business platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, facilitating workshops, and delivering user training.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, or enterprise business processes is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, is required.
