Key Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation: Execute project deployment activities related to the bonbon shop, VisibilityPro, and DeliveryPro solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and team members to ensure successful project delivery, meeting objectives for scope, schedule, and quality.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct workshops and analysts business requirements and identify potential gaps.
- Solution Design: Propose appropriate system solutions, develop the Business Process Blueprint, and create the GAP Analysis documentation.
- Functional Documentation: Design Functional Specifications for forms, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflow processes.
- Configuration & Deployment: Configure system parameters and process flows based on Blueprint. Manage environment setup and execute data migration activities to prepare the solution for testing.
- UAT Management: Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and guide end-users through the UAT process.
- Training & Documentation: Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- User Feedback & Improvement: Organize on-site visits and gather end-user feedback on product experience to propose improvement measures to the product development team.
- Post Go-Live Support: Provide post go-live support to ensure system stability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system configuration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle implementation of enterprise business solutions (such as ERP, DMS, or equivalent systems).
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in project and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Good Command of English.
