Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Consultant located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for:
- Manage inbounds and outbound calls and prepare proposals for prospective clients following prescribed inhouse processes and templates.
- Arrange client appointments for regulated consultants and closing sales.
- Strive to achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals & targets.
- Post sales follow-up: collaborate with processing team to follow up and monitor the application process of the existing clients.
- Regular and timely reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager of active cases and prospective cients in the pipeline.
- Assist other team members in all aspects of the end-to-end process for sales & marketing.
- Maintenance of JHM's inhouse customer database; ensure client information and follow-up actions are up-to-date.
- Conduct research and assist with ad hoc administration functions as needed.
- Complete all tasks with due diligence assigned by the Company's management as required.
- Keep all the data and documents of the Company and the Company's clients strictly private and confidential; no copy should be made without prior written approval by the Company's management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration
- Experience in understanding of related application processes
- Proven Consulting skills, with the ability to offer expert advice and personalized solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the migration consulting industry is a plus
- English required
