We are seeking experienced Immigration Advisors with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for helping clients achieve their global residency goals. Join us in supporting Vietnamese high-net-worth individuals and families in accessing premium investment immigration programs in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Contact, introduce, and consult on investment immigration programs in the U.S. (EB-5, EB-3), Canada, and Europe to potential high-value clients.
- Provide detailed consultations and address client inquiries via phone, messaging, email, and in-person meetings at the office; schedule appointments and prepare in-depth consultation materials.
- Deliver comprehensive presentations on program details, investment projects, benefits, and immigration processes.
- Proactively source new leads, follow up, nurture, and build long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Processing team to assess eligibility, prepare, and complete immigration files for clients.
- Collect client feedback on services, products, and the company to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute ideas and support the development of business and marketing strategies for immigration programs.
- Assist in preparing for and participating in seminars, events, and promotional activities organized by the company.
- Prepare regular work reports for direct management.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in consulting/sales within immigration, study abroad, finance, insurance, or high-end premium services.
- College or University degree in a relevant field.
- Good command of English (strong reading comprehension of documents; confident communication with international clients and partners).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Confident presentation skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, logical thinking, high pressure tolerance, and a strong drive for self-improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Priority given to candidates with prior experience in investment immigration, international consulting, or premium service environments.
