Job Purpose
Oversee all development sample improve operation handing from original GSD OPL / design efficient material motion handling/ create best machine set up to production
Responsibility
- Lead the team to review all the development samples after P2 Sample stage & grouping products.
- Responsible for the identification of all critical processes in machines & operations motions.
- Automation Improvement % Make validity by proving and acquiring evidence for improvement.
- Find new opportunities and contributes for the development of templates & automation
- Takes initiative of improving responsibilities to ensure savings on operational Standard Minute Value.
- Verify the implementation of method improvements at production.
- Ensure all the method improvement , machine set up handover to production seamlessly inside handover package
- Review and provide feedback to the method improvement team and come up with further improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or Diploma textile technology related
- 5 years (Minimum 5 years development side handle)
- Handle apparel technical, Pattern, Template & automation.
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process, Method individual operation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Fluent in English
