Position Summary
Responsible for Factory Material flow improvement and implementation
Responsibilities
- Key contributes to material flow improvement, warehouse optimization, space utilization improvement
- Support new project on line layout and material flow design
- Factory layout optimization including line layout and material flow to drive the efficiency improvement.
- Understand and familiar Lean principles and tools (VSM, Standard Works, TPM, kaizen etc) to systematically identify and eliminate wastes.
- IE tools training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing/logistics environment with 3 years above supervisory experience.
- Involved 3D warehouse design and implementation is preferred.
- Software Fluent and competent with latest AutoCAD version, Excel, Power point
- Good at material flow improvement and warehouse space optimization.
- Competency in the application of IE methodology.
- Strong problem-solving skill and strong ability on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, leadership presence & coaching skill.
- Good English skill both in written and spoken.
