Job Description

Salary: Upto 45 Mil

Location: Dong Nai 

Job Description

·      Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions (WI), and standard operating procedures (SOP).

·      Design, improve, and optimize production processes and manufacturing line layouts.

·      Monitor and analyze production issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

·      Lead productivity improvement, automation, and waste reduction projects.

·      Provide technical support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up activities.

·      Assign tasks, coach, and evaluate the performance of the engineering team.

·      Develop the technical capabilities and professional skills of team members.

·      Collaborate with QA, Production, and Maintenance departments to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

·      Work closely with the R&D team to implement product improvements and launch new products.

·      Propose, evaluate, and monitor investments in new machinery, equipment, and technologies.

·      Manage technical documentation, engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), material standards, routing, cycle time, and related manufacturing data.

·      Ensure engineering activities comply with ISO standards, 5S, Kaizen, and internal procedures.

·      Prepare and submit periodic technical and engineering reports to management.

Required working experience

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Production Engineering, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Required qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

Required Languages:

·      Good in English.

·      Proficiency in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) is a plus.

Required knowledge and skills

·      Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production technologies.

·      Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficient in Line Balancing, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and IATF 16949 requirements.

·      Strong understanding of SOP development and Poka-Yoke implementation.

·      Experienced in process optimization, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.

·      Proficient in CAD/CAM software and Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage.

·      Candidates with hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) are highly preferred.
