General Purpose
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To perform and record Validation testing across all products involving SW.
- Determine whether products meet quality standards.
- Create detailed checklists for specific projects.
Expectations

- Able to complete testing and file results with minimal oversight.
- Solid knowledge of PCs and their various components.
- Able to troubleshoot across multiple platforms.
- Experienced test plan creator.
- Troubleshoot issues of Windows/Mac/Phone (Install, repair..).
Responsible For
- Complete QA testing for SW and FW .
- Compiling reports on findings and testing data gathered.
- Record testing data and analyze results, and file all issues and concerns in bug tracking SW.
- Develop Product test plans.
- Providing recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders.
Essential Skills And Experience
- A passion for creating best-in-class technical documentation and training materials.
- Self-starter with minimal need for oversight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Good understanding of Severity levels, QA Processes for software development (Jira), debugging, etc.
- Good document skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Self-starter with minimal need for oversight.
- Expert skills with Gaming and another technical products.
- Understand and write coding programming : python, c/c++ ..
