JOB SUMMARY
The IBP Manager oversees end-to-end demand and supply planning, driving the IBP/S&OP process to align business objectives with operational execution while optimizing service levels, inventory, and overall supply chain performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Integrated Business Planning (IBP / S&OP)
• Lead and orchestrate the end-to-end IBP/S&OP.
• Consolidate and validate inputs across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Provide scenarios and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between business targets, demand forecasts, and supply capabilities.
2. Demand & Supply Integration
• Oversee demand planning and ensure forecast accuracy, bias control, and continuous improvement.
• Translate demand plans into feasible supply, production, and inventory strategies.
• Balance demand and supply constraints through scenario planning and risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to manage demand fluctuations and supply risks proactively.
3. Supply Planning & Inventory Optimization
• Ensure development and execution of supply plans (MPS, MRP, deployment planning).
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels (DIO) while maintaining service level (DIFOT).
• Manage slow-moving and obsolete stock (SMOS) and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with factories, procurement, and logistics to ensure supply continuity.
4. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
• Track and improve key KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, DIFOT, DIO, SMOS, Output Reliability.
• Identify root causes of performance gaps and drive corrective & preventive actions.
• Standardize planning processes and enhance planning capabilities/tools (e.g., SAP, IBP systems).
• Lead initiatives to improve end-to-end planning efficiency and data quality.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.
• Participate in new product development and ensure readiness from planning perspective.
• Act as the key bridge between commercial and supply teams.
6. Team Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop Demand & Supply Planning teams.
• Build a high-performance, data-driven and collaborative planning organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Master's degree is a plus.
Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years in Supply Chain Planning / IBP / S&OP in FMCG or similar industry.
• Proven experience managing both Demand Planning and Supply Planning functions.
• Strong experience in leading S&OP / IBP at organizational level.
