What You'll Do

Implement and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions

Manage user identities, roles, access policies, and lifecycle events (joinermoverleaver)

Configure and support authentication, authorization, and SSO flows

Work with applications, infra, and security teams to integrate IAM controls

Troubleshoot access issues and support end users

Assist with audits, access reviews, and compliance requirements

Must-Have Skills

12 years of hands-on experience in IAM / Identity Security

Strong understanding of authentication & authorization concepts

Working knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and least-privilege principles

Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, Keycloak, Ping, or similar)

Understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect

Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)

Familiarity with user lifecycle management and access provisioning

Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Nice to Have

Experience integrating IAM with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Exposure to Zero Trust or security compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)

Experience with access reviews, certifications, or audits

Basic knowledge of directory services (AD, LDAP)
