Role Description

Location: Remote Preferred Vietnam and Bangladesh Candidate only

What You'll Do

· Implement and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions

· Manage user identities, roles, access policies, and lifecycle events (joiner–mover–leaver)

· Configure and support authentication, authorization, and SSO flows

· Work with applications, infra, and security teams to integrate IAM controls

· Troubleshoot access issues and support end users

· Assist with audits, access reviews, and compliance requirements

Must-Have Skills

· 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IAM / Identity Security

· Strong understanding of authentication & authorization concepts

· Working knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, and least-privilege principles

· Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, Keycloak, Ping, or similar)

· Understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect

· Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)

· Familiarity with user lifecycle management and access provisioning

· Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Nice to Have

· Experience integrating IAM with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

· Exposure to Zero Trust or security compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)

· Experience with access reviews, certifications, or audits

· Basic knowledge of directory services (AD, LDAP)
