- Responsible for implementing and maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards across all hotel departments, particularly in food and beverage areas.
- Oversees compliance with local health regulations and brand safety standards, conducts regular inspections, and trains staff on hygiene practices.
- Works closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Housekeeping teams to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Fluency in spoken and written English required. Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
