Job Description:

  • Lead all HR and recruitment activities across 3 offices.
  • Build, standardize, and optimize hiring processes and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
  • Oversee C&B, payroll, labor contracts, and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Develop and operate performance evaluation systems (KPI/OKR).
  • Update and communicate internal HR policies and company regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage training programs, competency development, and learning culture.
  • Organize internal events, team-building activities, and employer branding campaigns.
  • Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring effective collaboration with all departments.
  • Supervise HRAdmin operations: office management, vendors, and employee services.

Requirements

Must-have

  • At least 23 years of experience in a TA Lead / HR Lead role, preferably in IT / Software companies
  • Strong hands-on experience in IT recruitment
  • Proven experience in leading and developing TA/HR teams
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR cases with professionalism and discretion
  • Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR compliance
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Japanese working culture.
  • Employer branding experience.
  • Basic knowledge of C&B or payroll
